FAQ

How long after I place an order will I receive my items?

  • As Canada’s largest online kitchen store, we strive to get your order ready and out as fast as possible.  Our warehouse staff works steadily to ensure orders are flowing. Thanks to customers like you we have grown even larger. Please allow 72 hours for order processing. Your order is then sent to our large warehouses and is prepared for you. Once an ID# is set the carriers will pickup. Your order may be shipped with an express carrier, in this case a tracking number will be issued and delivery could take approx. 3-15 business days. As we have had an increase in the amount of orders we are processing, delivery times can range from 7-15 business days from receipt of carrier pickup. As delivery is out of control of Kitchen Liquidators, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery times or delays. If you selected “Local Pickup” an email will be sent to you once your item(s) are ready for pickup. DO NOT pickup without a confirmation email from us, your item(s) will not be ready! If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to speak to us at 1-877-781-6903 Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (ET) or email us anytime.

Once an order is booked for pick up it is out of the control of Kitchen Liquidators. A shipping ETA does not necessarily mean the item(s) will arrive at that time/date. This is just an estimated time/date  of arrival. As shipping is available coast-to-cost, weather, unions and other labor forces are major factors for importing and shipping schedules. Stock can deplete quickly once one of these factors is affected. Kitchen Liquidators ensures that its customers receive their orders in a timely matter, and is not responsible for any delays, damages or costs occurred for any labor or other for any job/project due to of out-of-stock, unavailable or back-ordered item(s) and/or delivery schedules.

Individual pieces may be shipped via express carrier. Standard transit time typically are 7-21 days. As this is not always the case, Kitchen Liquidators is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays or costs associated with regards to shipping times. Do not schedule any installation work until all item(s) have arrived. For Residential address’ the shipping company will contact you in advance to schedule delivery. The  carrier/driver is NOT RESPONSIBLE for unloading your items or helping in anyway. They are not insured for this service. The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services if applicable. Make sure you have the required extra help you need to unload. Please make sure to inspect your delivery/pallet/skid when you receive it to report any damage(s) or missing item(s).

Kitchen Liquidators does not ship to all rural areas. Please contact us to find out if you are in the delivery area(s).

Please make sure that the SHIP TO address is accessible to the trucks and there are no obstructions that could cause the delay of your item(s).

What happens if my item is on back-order?

A “Fill Date” may not be available for your item(s) and therefore would not have a ETA date assigned. Your items will arrive when in stock and no additional shipping costs will be incurred to the purchaser. You may choose to substitute your item(s) or receive a refund for the item(s). Kitchen Liquidators tries to have your items ready and shipped as soon as possible, but is not responsible for any delays occurred during the back-order time.
